The defect phenomenon in zinc-aluminum alloy die casting is that the mold temperature or alloy liquid temperature is too low during the filling process, and the small pit-like distribution area formed on the surface of the casting under the condition of under pressure is similar to that. Analysis of the causes of pitting of zinc alloy die-casting parts
1. Metal is dispersed into dense droplets during filling and hits the wall at high speed;

2. The thickness of the inner gate is too small;

3. The speed of the inner gate is too fast;

4. The mold temperature is low.

Corresponding measures to solve the pitting of zinc-aluminum alloy die-casting:

1. When the hot stamping is started, the metal liquid flow will be dispersed. Properly design the pouring system to avoid splashing of the metal liquid, improve the exhaust conditions, and avoid the liquid flow from being involved in too much gas;

2. The metal liquid flow will be sprayed when the mold is started. Properly adjust the thickness of the inner gate;

3. When you start the hot mold, you will find that the liquid metal flow is sprayed. Properly reduce the speed of the inner gate;

4. The casting surface of zinc-aluminum alloy die casting is dark and accompanied by cold partition. Increase the mold temperature to the range of process requirements, the method is to turn on the mold heater or less spray and more hot
