1. Good thermal conductivity. Cold forged radiator adopts pure aluminum integral extrusion molding. The thermal conductivity of pure aluminum is 226W/m.k, the thermal conductivity of car aluminum is 180W/m.k, and the thermal conductivity of ordinary die-cast aluminum is only 96W/m.k. The greater the thermal conductivity, the faster the heat released by the LED can be conducted in, which is more conducive to the overall heat dissipation of the LED lamp.
2. Good heat dissipation structure The heat dissipation base and heat dissipation fin of the LED cold forged radiator are integrally extruded and formed without gaps. The heat of the base can be conducted to the heat dissipation fins without obstruction. It can process parts with complex shapes: such as special-shaped cross-section, internal teeth, special-shaped holes and blind holes. For car aluminum parts, the heat dissipation base and the heat sink are riveted together after turning, and there must be a gap between them; if the turning control of the riveting part is not precise enough, it is easy to produce a large gap; and the use of lamps The thermal expansion and contraction during the process will also lead to gaps and increase the thermal resistance, which is not conducive to the conduction of heat.
3. Large heat dissipation area The thickness of the cooling fins of the cold forged radiator can be 0.7MM, the spacing can be 1.5MM, and the thin and many heat dissipation fins greatly increase the contact area with the air and are more conducive to air convection . The maximum heat dissipation area can be obtained in the same volume, and forging is easy to obtain good dimensional accuracy and appearance brightness.
4. Small size, light weight Cold extrusion parts have high strength, good rigidity and light weight: compared with die castings and car aluminum parts, LED cold forged radiators have the above advantages, and the same volume shape can be used for greater power Heat dissipation of lamps. Therefore, the use of pure aluminum cold forged radiators will reduce the weight and volume of LED lamps.
5. The appearance and texture of the LED cold forged radiator is made of pure aluminum. The exterior can be anodized, bright and beautiful, and it can oxidize different colors according to customer needs. The die-cast aluminum has a rough appearance, and the appearance needs to be sprayed, which is not conducive to heat dissipation.
